Complete the account card (obtained from the Business Office) and return it with a minimum deposit of $25.00 plus a $.25 non-refundable fee to open your account. The $25.00 remains in your account as long as it is open. If you wish to make your account joint, complete the joint owner section on the account card. All members must sign the card and initial next to the type of account selected. Two forms of ID are required.
